How many home inspection organizations does the inspector belong to?
We feel 2 minimum is great either full member or affiliate.
How easy is it to navigate through the report?
We feel a large report with check boxes, comments, and photos are the easiest to navigate. Plus we thrive to make the report easy to understand.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
We do not require our client to be there. We offer them to come at the end of the inspection to go over the report and findings. This is also a good time to pay for the fee so the report can be processed. Most do not come and that’s fine as well. We understand people have to work, and are busy as well. We are always available for questions via text, email, or phone.
